[Fabryka] Fabryka Magazine - transformation
Updated by Draconina on 07/07/2016 23:11
Since July 2016, Fabryka Magazine has turned into Industrial Rock & Metal Encyclopedia. We won't be posting any news and we quit supporting the industrial music scene. All so far published articles, reviews, interviews, podcasts, photo galleries, free legal music, etc. will remain available on-line. Fabryka will still provide professional music reviews (rock/metal) and PR interviews which have been paid services since 2011.

Above changes are brought by CEO's (NINa's) decision to focus on her other personal, creative interests such as s/f, new weird, post-apo writing (Heatwave book & short stories) and woodworking. These resonate with her better thanks to being gifted with vivid imagination and are activities she had been doing much before she established the magazine. Results of such work will be posted in matching sections of Fabryka. Handmade items have been available for purchase for a while now.

The main goal of the magazine, since the very beginning was to educate about 'old school' industrial rock/metal and filtering new bands & albums worth of mentioning too. This goal has been achieved. Therefore, NINa's not quitting but transforming the magazine into the IR&M Encyclopedia having HQ material created during the last 15 years, individually and with help of other collaborators. We've been more or less active since 2001, always providing own content. We've wrote & published 520 reviews and interviews altogether, starting from very short and lame writing in 2001 to end with fully professional music analysis and honest opinions supported by fantastic testimonials. We've supported a variety of bands through own promo local parties, on-line & live interviews, reviews and a few podcasts. The highest activity was recorded between 2005-2008 thanks to Myspace; in fact any other social network hasn't offered any more opportunities than this one, tested!

NINa would like to thank all so far readers and collaborators for their interest, reads, views, likes, RTs and overall on-line communication.
