There are pioneers and copycats in every category of art including music as well. If you hunt for creative, powerful acts however, you'll surely notice Australian band Jerk. Their guitar driven music is spiced up with industrial and involves some tunes you've heard in other bands' songs since it's difficult to avoid it, after all.
Jerk performs like a well greased machine pinions. The machine is led by a charismatic, tattooed and pierced vocalist Johnathan Devoy. His aggressive on-stage and in-video clips play supported by huge amount of energy, hatred, anger and a coldblooded control is highly contagious and may begin living inside of you too.
When Pure Is Defiled album sounds like a continuously exploding dynamite. Suggestive titles bring the entire idea of the release with so far proven hit songs such as "I Hate People Like That", "Disintegration", "Injection of You", "Entertained" and "Sucked In". You'll want to have this release.
