Ministry announces From Beer to Eternity last album and autobiography
Update: Ministry announced a new album From Beer to Eternity to be released on September 6th, 2013. "PermaWar” will be available as a three-track maxi single in late July. The album will not be supported by a tour due to Al's health condition. Instead of, an authorized autobiography Ministry: The Lost Gospels According to Al Jourgensen will be available on July 9th, 2013.
Ministry with Mike Scaccia (guitar, Rigor Mortis) recorded riffs for 18 songs in December 2012, before Mike died due to heart failure on 12/23. Relapse (2012) was supposed to be the last Ministry album. This time, according to Jourgensen, From Beer to Eternity will be 'the best and last Ministry record' since he still mourns the death of his best friend, Mike.
The album will feature Sin Quirin (guitar), Tony Campos (bass) and Aaron Rossi (drums). Watch 'The Making of' on YouTube.

"From the schizophrenic opening cut, the sarcasm-dripping, sound effect-laden “Hail to his Majesty (Peasants)” to the thrash-punk riffs and booming bass reverberations of “Punch in the Face,” to "Change of Luck," a song that Jourgensen wrote directly about Scaccia' s death, From Beer to Eternity pulls no punches, sounding at once familiar, yet completely fresh and inspired. The release also includes "Side F/X Include Mikey' s Middle Finger / TV4," which old school Ministry fans will recognize as a continuum in a series of TV songs that began in the mid-1990s, and underscores Scaccia' s birthright as one of the greatest metal guitarists in the world."
