 Open Aeon |Aphotic Audio, 2006|  Ghost Beside You, Torn, Blue, Scarred, Run Down, Blue (Angeltheory ascension remix), Ghost Beside You (iammynewt remix), Alone There is a mojo over Empty. Attracts a listener with its tempting electronics and lets fans go electronic journey along with Daniel Brunet and Aaron Potter. The set of songs is stongly influenced by music of bands like Front Line Assembly, Skinny Puppy, Dismantled or Velvet Acid Christ which works are at the top level around the dark electronic scene. Probably the most recognizable "Ghost Beside You" song begins the album and brings the idea of the music concept. The next song is "Torn" with a bit darker vibe and industrial add-ons. "Blue" sounds cool and seems to be an applause for the best Skinny Puppy efforts. I liked "Scarred" for the dark intro and matched well movie dialogs which make the atmosphere even more radioactive. The second half of the album contains remixes made by Angel Theory and Chris Cozort known as iammynewt who also mastered all the music. The album is finished with "Alone", a great composition I got learnt first from a remix made my an Australian musician Adam Pask. The original is addictive too. This album would fit all of you who were growing up with Skinny Puppy or Frontline Assembly music. If older Nine Inch Nails fans can be satisfied by Halo In Reverse project then you guys have Empty.
