Machines Of Loving Grace |Mammoth/Atlantic, 1991|

Burn Like Brilliant Trash (at jackie's funeral), Cicciolina, Rite of Shiva, Lipstick 66, X-insurrection, Content, Weatherman, Terminal City, Number Nineay, The 4th

It's a bit weaker record in a comparison to Concentration but it doesn't mean it should be omitted. The record begins with Burn Like Brilliant Trash and isn't a knock out, but the song is worked out by Brian Liesegang from Filter and later remixed by Trent Reznor (to find on 'The Tainted Touch of Trent's Carress' bootleg). Next song sounds childlish but it's nice. Rite of Shiva contains the typical MOLG vibe with the tempting vibration, slapping bass, interesting samples and lots of the positive energy. X-Insurrection sounds mysteriously with those keyboards styled for the 80's. Content song reminds me funky music with the female chorus and slapping bass, loving it! :) Terminal City seems to be the anthem for MOLG fans ;) The album is finished by Number Nine which is the ninth song in the tracklist and sounds the same boring as the song title.
It's an interesting issue that most of songs built in a scheme of verse-chorus-verse can make tired after a few rehearsals. I don't know how it works with MOLG but the truth is their music don't make me bored somehow. Maybe it's because their songs are filled up with sounds, there is no empty space, no hole between the lines.
That's cruel that band quit in 2001 and seems like we will never listen to them again in that condition! ( Katarzyna NINa Górnisiewicz. Must not be used for promotional or commercial purposes. See a Legal Note for the copyrights below)
